Career and mental health support, designed for each organization
Founded in 2008 in Tokyo, Career Balance Inc. provides corporate career counseling room setup, external career consultation desk support, career development training, management interview training, women's advancement support, veteran employee career development, and mental health prevention services.
Our counselors and trainers hold national professional qualifications, including Career Consultant, Grade 1 Career Consulting Skilled Professional, and Certified Public Psychologist. Rather than providing a generic package, we listen to each organization's background, HR systems, workforce composition, and current challenges before designing the support structure.
Many organizations are now expected to respond to diverse values, career uncertainty, managerial communication issues, mental health risks, and engagement challenges at the same time. We support these issues through both individual career counseling and organizational consulting.
