Career Balance Inc. was established on January 8, 2008 in Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Our qualified professional team provides corporate career development, career counseling room setup, women's advancement, management training, and mental health prevention support.
We support organizations in becoming workplaces where every person can work with purpose, centered on career support.
People working in companies today, and people who want to work, have increasingly diverse values. Organizations are also building diversity promotion functions and inclusion initiatives. Career Balance supports diversity and inclusion through training and career counseling, using our expertise in both career development and mental health.
We propose programs that encourage behavior change through career development tailored to individual needs, as well as counseling-room infrastructure where employees can consult properly and safely in a way that fits each organization.
WHAT WE DO
Career and organizational support
We support organizations from both the individual and organizational sides. For individuals, we provide career counseling, career development programs, and opportunities to clarify career direction. For organizations, we support consultation systems, manager training, women's advancement, diversity initiatives, veteran employee career development, and preventive mental health systems.
Because each organization has a different culture, HR system, workforce composition, and current challenge, we do not simply apply a ready-made program. We listen to the situation and design the structure, training, counseling, and reporting flow that will actually work in that workplace.
